At Derek Rose, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury leisurewear; if for any reason you are not, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the completed return form inside the box to ensure efficient processing.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your proof of postage; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
